PWT Inc. was founded by Angelo Gineris and Robert Mason in 1991 and incorporated in 2002.  Its founders spent the first ten years patenting, informing government and business leaders about the payroll withholding method – payroll trust collection system.  PWT Inc. produced brochures, presentations, a fact book to inform and motivate political and government leaders to action.  Now they bring this information to potential investors and interested citizens.

 Angelo Gineris is a 21^st century renaissance businessman.  His career began with a short stint as an auditor for a Big Six firm.  Finding a lack of stimulation, he went into the contracting business.  Angelo grabbed an opportunity to become the owner of a car dealership eventually leaving this business after 12 years.  During this time, he also owned several restaurants and began his real estate development career.  Throughout his career, Angelo has visualized changes to the business segments to streamline the process and lead into the future.  The Payroll Trust Collection System is his vision of a payroll withholding tax depository system based on his experience as an employer for over 40 years (about 2,500 employees). His system is fairer to employers and employee, and leads to better collection for governments at all levels.

Robert Mason met Angelo Gineris in 1991 in a chance encounter.  Together, they have traveled the country meeting with government, political and business leaders to describe and advocate the Payroll Trust Collection System.  Bob spent his professional career in scientific and technical disciplines as an employee and businessman.  His expertise in the technical arena gave “present value” to the concept of the Payroll Trust Collection system
